In the 1900’s the Chicago architectural firm of William A. Radford published plan books containing
Craftsman style home designs. The Radford is named after the architect who helped bring this simple style to mainstream American architecture.

The Radford is a 3,364 square foot Craftsman style home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a first floor master suite. This inviting home incorporates many details of the Arts and Crafts movement, which encouraged natural materials and simple forms. Built-in cabinetry and detailed millwork come standard with this home and are true to this architectural style.

With green building and energy efficiency now on homeowner’s minds, this home exemplifies one of the most important aspects of energy savings, a modest size. The Radford costs less to heat & cool while energy star appliances consume less electricity. It also includes a high efficiency heating system, recycled wall insulation, engineered flooring and a low maintenance exterior.
